Plot

The plot is pretty much that Hell discovers that there is some sort of army gathering, and Satan is upset because he was supposed to know about Judgement Day before it happened. And then they find out that Heaven didn't raise this army either. So there's much panicking on both sides, with the main focus on Satan and his creations and minions.

Characters

Only major characters for you, right now! 'cause it gets confusing...

Character Association Distinguishing Features Bio/description
Satan/Lucifer Snakes, and all things evil The only consistant marks are three scars He's obsessed with himself, and is constantly plotting on how to make himself look better. He responds wonderfully to flattery and terribly to insults, and will knock down anybody he sees as a threat.
Beelzebub Gluttony Wings burned beyond repair, smells of burnt toast Satan's right-hand man, and avid follower, to the point of obsession. Called Lord of the Flies.
Sin Well..sin A beautiful woman with wild red hair She's Satan's literal brain-child. She is almost solely responisble for the Witch Hunts, and led people into the forests to make deals with "the Black Man". She is as scheming as her father, and the closest to a queen Hell will ever have.
Death Death and Lilies Formidable at first, then kind and trustworthy The son of Satan and Sin. He is considered by some a ravenous monster, but is also often referred to as the Angel of Death. He is young and kind and cheerful, but terrified of unicorns and pastel-coloured sheep (both of which he's only seen in nightmares). He can move between Heaven, Hell, and Earth with the blessings of all.
The Seven Pride, Envy, Wrath, Greed, Gluttony, Sloth, Lust Too few to speak of Although some of the weakest being in Hell, they are considered some of Satan's worst creations. They were created from all the sins that were left after Jesus descended, and deliver sinners into Hell. Despite this, they struggle to gain immortal souls, so they will be judged with everyone else.
Michael Battle, prominant during World War I & II Stormy blue eyes Michael was the one that drove Satan into Hell, and still holds a deep grudge. His worst fear is being just like his adversary in his flaws.
Gabriel Mercy, prominant during the sixties and seventies Clear, crystal eyes Gabriel is the most trusting Archangel, and as a result, the most philosophical. He holds the firm belief that there is love in everyone, and that the demons in Hell are just in denial. He moves easily between male and female forms, and is very much a flower-child in both forms.
Salvation ...salvation? and Archangel Uriel Blind and Deaf She is the messanger from Heaven, to souls when their debt is paid. She can only communicate with the Archangels and Death, in order to protect her from the lies of Satan.

Notes

This whole story actually started out as something completely different, with just the Seven not really being the Sins, and there being a little blind girl, and an evil queen. Then somewhere Death came in as a counter-balance, and somehow I ended up doing research on this stuff. So in reality, while there are a lot of "real" characters (depending on your religious standpoint), there's a lot of other personality going into them. The Seven are actually completely made up by me, and I still have a lot of fun.

I guess what really pushed me into making it a comic was one friends love of Wrath (as I asked her to design him) and Beelzebub, and the other liking Satan's face. Meanwhile, I made the angels as simply the anti-protagonists (they aren't really antogonists, just against Satan...so what do you call them?), and fell in love with all of them. YAY!

So in the end, this is a completely fictional story. But still, I will put a small warning. SO HERE WE GO!
