Quick Summary
A comic for lesbians by lesbians (FLBL, if you will). If you're looking for romance, look elsewhere. Boobs Ahoy! centers mainly around two carefree lesbian pirates out to do nothing more than sleep with as many women as possible and have a good time. If only life were that easy though. Evading an affair with a married woman gone bad, Wilhelm falls onto The Pirate Ship Boob, of which, Captain Clover commands. Being named Firstmate within minutes of meeting eachother, they embark on a journey to find girls and beer. Little did they know, the treasure they would eventually be in search of.
Creators Background
It all started back in the year 2003 when Chloe and Lynn met at a local gay coffee shop on a non-romantic blind date of a sort. They were unaware that on that particular night there was bad kareoke, making conversation impossible. After lip-synching lyrics to eachother of hits such as "Baby Got Back" and "Sunglasses At Night", they knew they would be instant friends. Noticing they had similar retarded humor, they began to talk about their interest in creating a webcomic together. After much deliberation, they had an epiphany... what the world really needed... was lesbian pirates! With their immature humor combined and characters based roughly on themselves, Boobs Ahoy! was born. Drawn half from their own experiences and half their wishes, Boobs Ahoy! promised to be a humerous slutty romp in a land where lesbians run amok and impossibilities happen on a daily basis.
