Background
Dark Heaven is from the imaginative mind of the writer/artist Ashurin. It was supposed to be based on two men falling in love and overcoming hardships, but it--and the storyline for that matter--changed when she added supernatural beings and magic. It is also based on 2 Final Fantasy games (Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy VIII) that the writer likes.
