Two Thousand years ago The Primers, architectures of the Great Galactic
Empire had instantly and Mysteriously Disapeared. Left behind in the far colonies of the Empire
the Constructs, genetically designed animal and plant mutants used as settlers for terra forming planets,
were left to fend for themselves without the guidance of their creators. Many wars erupted between fractions
for centuries as the knowledge of the Primers began to disapear.
One hundred years ago, the Alliance was formed. A military and spiritual coalition that brought stability to the last remaining colonies. Central to this balance of power were the Faithful, bio-energy beings that had discovered the Primers Old Religion. The Faithful's great temple ships have were key to the victory of the Alliance over the last resistance of the Colony Worlds.
Now the Faithful have retreated their ships on the colony worlds of the Alliance. In sercret they have been awaiting the return of their God, the Promised One, as written in the ancient scriptures.
Duo Veno is the story of that Second Coming. When MK389, a sister of The Faithful is visited by an angel and ordered to find the Old Earth, she enlist the help of Maliard, a merchant captain and fellow believer, his pilot the skeptical Fauna and Cel the Plant mutant. These four must accomplish want many have failed to do-find the Primer's World.
