Where Are You Going To?

In the opening chapter we are introduced to Vanessa, a wandering warrior who was just forced out of the village that raised her, as she tries information about her past. Unable to remember anything about her past before the age of 6, she wanders into the small town of Edion where she stumbles into two villagers being hassled by what appears to be Echzeon soldiers. After laying waste to Lucas, Dutt, and Evans, she is offered a spot among the new recruits for the Echzeon Army by General Forsythe but she declines for the time being.

She ends up staying the night at the inn run by the old man she saved along with his two daughters. So ends chapter one...
