Juvenile Diversion is a webcomic that is set in the late 1980's in Southern California. It focuses on six friends (Alicia, Jason, Jenny, Kyle, Chris and Meg) who play in a band together, hang out together and crazy shenanigans ensue. It updates every Tuesday and Friday and webpage updates are submitted as regularly as I can.

What's Going on Now...

Juvenile Diversion starts its seventh season on February 29, 2008.

Seasons

Season One

"The times they go by so quickly..." (Takes place July-September 1988)1 - 27
The very acclaimed "random" first season of JD introduces all the main characters, and some minor ones. Read on as Alicia plays her guitar, fails her driving test, and flips out because she's going to the fair! Good times are had in the summertime in Southern California.

Season Two

"Surviving junior year" (Takes place September 1988)28 - 51
The gang starts 11th grade, go to classes, and get beat up by some seniors... normal school stuff. I tried to get a bit more in depth with the characters in this season... oh yeah, and Jenny joins the band. (The first season in COLOR!)

Season Three

"It's party time!" (Takes place September 24, 1988)52 - 76
The season that takes place in 24 hours. It starts out when Jenny and Alicia decide to have an oh-so innocent sleepover, but it turns into MUCH more...

Season Four

"Seven days" (Takes place September 25-October 1, 1988) 77- 100
Takes place in seven days, everyone tries to recuperate after the crazy party the Saturday before (season three)... some not as well as others...

Season Five

"Always Something There to Remind Me" (Takes place October 1988) 101- 124
A new member joins the band, and they are better than ever! Fun times are had at the beach, costume shopping, and Jenny's annual Halloween birthday bash.

Season Six

"The Real Kyle" (Takes place October 1988) 125- 147
Now that Jenny are Kyle are officially dating, things should settle down. Right? Lots more misunderstandings take place in the season that Kyle inherits his brother's van, the band gets a real gig, and (*gasp!*) Kyle admits that he possesses feelings.

Season Seven

"Like Rabbits" (Takes place October-November 1988) 148-
As Juvenile Diversion gets ready for their first real gig at the Battle of the Bands, lots of dilemmas come up, mainly having to do with Jenny and Kyle... two new major characters are introduced... will they be friends or foes?
