Purple Moon Anime, by Irene Odhner, is a graphic novel in a Manga-type style. The setting is relatively modern-day but with fantasy elements. It updates daily while a chapter is in progress, with short breaks between chapters.

The Witch is the only one left of her circle. To maintain the balance, a new circle must be found. This process hardly ever goes smoothly, but it usually doesn't go quite this wrong.
