What is this crap?
Rally Hippo is a site devoted to humorous MSPaint-drawn cartoons as well as baseball related artwork, both created by N8 Dawg. The reason it has the name "annie" in its URL is because it was once the home of N8 Dawg's comic Annie the Hardcore Gamer, which has since moved to club ph34r. A large number of the comics are dedicated to the San Francisco Giants because N8 is a hardcore Giants fan. Yes, it's sad.
What's up with the name?
The name comes from an entry on the always excellent San Francisco Giants blog McCovey Chronicles by Grant Brisbee in reference to former San Francisco Giants 3rd baseman, the highly unproductive Edgardo Alfonzo. Because he's, y'know, fat. And hippos are fat.
