Description and History of Dr. Strangelegs
After his body was cut in half in an industrial accident the man known now only as Dr. Stranglegs crafted a set of spider like legs which allow him the full range of movement as well as painful stabity attacks. He quickly began to use his scientific knowledge for evil because... well evil's just more fun, good has all these moral constraints.
