He's a mean shot, and a slippery devil. He has a finger in every pie in the City of Fisham, meaning that he is almost above the law.
Description and History of Faceless Malone
Born with a complete Absence of Face, Malone was quick to turn to a life of Crime. As a youth he honed his ears to a near superhuman state and became a petty crook. As time went by, he set his non-sights higher and higher, building together an army of goons and heavies who picked on the fish distirbution industry. By cutting off trade routes, Faceless Malone held the city of Fisham in the palm of his hand.
Until rocket Claude arrived.
The Hero's tireless efforts to break Malone's stranglehold on the city push Faceless to his wits' end, and the gangster has even gone so far as to team up with other villains to work against Rocket Claude and the Giga Squad Team. Although these alliances never last long before the villains get into a power struggle. Hence Faceless makes a lot of enemies.
