The Artist
Tank'd is the creation of the artist (and some may consider him a writer...if not a crappy one.) who is currently known by the screenname Grayswandir. While he currently has no professional artistic talent, he plans on continuing his education in graphic arts once he gets off his lazy-butt and finishes his degree in Computer Networking.
The Art-style
People say I have a unique style and way of drawing things...but I keep seeing it as a simplified anime-style minus the seizure enducing colors, flashing lights, and big eyes...I also pride myself in not drawing women with huge knockers...but I think I'm failing at that.
A Short History
2004: Tank'd started out as a hobby to pass the time during high school and while sitting in boring classes like Math and English (which the artist now realizes wasn't the best idea...). It slowly evolved into a slap-stick/action-styled comic that really had no plot and the main point of it was to make fun of anime and draw girls. Yes, I wanted to see if I could draw the female figure. I added in a few other characters because I thought one would be boring.
2004 - 2005: Tank'd grew to the whopping size of 30 pages and then slowly began to die out. The fact that personal problems lost me my computer didn't help the comic that much either.
2005 - 2006: The comic collected dust. I decided to make Tank'd into multiple comics, which in theory, would give me more options and I would keep me occupied...while still keeping me from having to come up with a new name.
2007: The comic is still sitting there collecting dust. I have a few half-finished pieces laying around and I'm considering scrapping the whole thing and just starting fresh. 2008: No further progress on the comic yet. Its been a mix of laziness and distractions. I could keep making up reasons, but I'll just say that I'm not going to make any promises, but tell you that I'm still working on it.
The Comics
Almost all the comics in Tank'd are in the same universe...it makes it easier on me and I can do cross-overs up the wazoo...
Tank'd - The Original
A comic revolving around a young woman, her housemate, and weird random anime references. (2004 - 2005)
Tank'd - Redux
The new version of Tank'd...This will have new characters, a modified style and hopefully a storyline I can actually follow.
Torso Kitty
Torso Kitty...the limbless cat that has taken the job of defending the city against evil upon itself. It fights crime and helps the common man...I have some really twisted ideas for this comic.
Degeneration Infinitum: A Marathon Fan Comic
This is my Marathon "fan comic". Marathon is a series of computer games created by the company Bungie. I take the characters (and monsters...) from the games and I screw with them. Think of it as my Clone.Manga tribute/bad-imitation. I've tried to setup the comic so that people who have never heard of or played Marathon can still enjoy (or hate...) it.

This is where I put the strips that have nothing to do with any of the other comics. This is where I put my horrible one-liners and comic ideas to bed.
