This week's adventure in Perth
This week's adventure in Perth (commonly referred to simply as TwaiP) was an inter-active webcomic. The strip ran Monday to Friday and on Friday afternoon, there was a poll in the forums where readers could vote on what would happen the following week. The poll ran from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.
Late in December of 2006, the author decided to terminate the comic. Despite lamentations by the two or three regular readers the experiment in inter-active webcomics was deemed over; and a success. The reasons given for ending the project were the stress of being unable to create a buffer and having to re-write a new story each week after the poll.
Although the comic only ran for seventy strips across three months, the characters were well-liked and there is demand for them to appear in future works by the author.
The author is currently preparing another webcomic project, with no release date yet scheduled.
