Waterguy is a comic by Toxic, about a superhero made of "super-water".

Waterguy - Created in 1980 in a scientific experiment to create "super-water", the sequel to regular water, chemical formula H₃O. The lab went bankrupt, but Waterguy decided to use his powers and become a superhero.
Iceguy - Waterguy's original sidekick, killed by Dr. Gay.
Springs - Waterguy's sidekick. Superhero made entirely of springs. Superpowers include flexibility and high-jumping abilities.
See-Through - Waterguy's other, less seen, sidekick. His superpower is turning invisible. However, he is a social introvert and prefers to remain out of sight.
Woman-Man - Waterguy's other sidekick, his/her superpower is possessing the amazing powers of both women and men. Woman-Man also has "woman's intuition", a takeoff of Spider-Man's "spider-sense".

The Devill - A distant cousin of Satan.
Dr. Gay - Waterguy's arch-nemesis. He was created when he was exposed to "gay gas", a creation he invented. The gay-gas turned him homicidal, in addition to fabulous!. His body was somehow also destroyed, he had his head put on a cyborg body.
Evil Death Man- a supervillain who greatly enjoys the movie The Evil Dead. His superpower is whoever he touches instantly dies.
Geroge Glass - A glass supervillain. He easily breaks.
Fireguy - Waterguy's opposite.
The Human Blender - A crazed robot with blender blades for hands. Has the ability to puree innocent people.
Mel of I Blame Danny.
V1rus - A digital supervillain who enjoys cyber-terrorism.
Watergay - Waterguy's evil clone, created by Dr. Gay. He is discernable by his purple scarf and earring.
