The Help Forum is where users can go ask questions about the finer points of using Comic Genesis as well as post problems they may be having with FTP, siteadmin, or Comic Genesis itself. Newbies with questions are highly encouraged to read the FAQ as well as visit Gear before asking questions.
How to Ask for Help
In order for the admins and mods to help you with your problem, you must be as detailed as possible in your post. How To Ask For Help
- Read the FAQ and Guide Threads before asking for help.
- Make sure you have read the FAQ and Guides properly and have not just skimmed over it.
- State your problem clearly and concisely, with as much detail as possible.
- List down the steps you have done so far.
- ALWAYS include your Comic Genesis URL. Even if you don't have a Comic Genesis site yet but have signed up for an account, include the signup name.
- Sometimes it helps to state what browser, operating systems, firewalls etc. you are using.
- Be polite.
