Fanboys

Slang term for overzealous fans of a particular form of entertainment. Fanboys (or their female counterpart, fangirls) are defined by their obsession of a work (be it a movie, videogame, comic, band, etc.) without attention to, or acknowledgement of, its flaws. The Internet is the fanboy's natural habitat, specifially message boards.
