Genitalia are primary sexual characteristics, more specifically: the phallus, scrotum, and vulva. A broader definition would include the breasts and anus.
If directed from McDuffies disambiguation, the term McDuffies refers either specifically to the scrotum, or to the entire crotch region.
This is more appropriate to a dictionary, not being very CGWiki specific.
