Forum phrase indicating that the poster senses that the thread will soon be locked (due to controversial content, spam, etc.) and wants to get his two cents in while he still can. However, many people merely post "In before the lock!" and nothing else, possibly so they can claim to have been a part of the thread later, and/or to increase their postcount a bit.
