Doodles
| Topic name | Doodles |
| Creator (date) | MixedMyth (Oct 16, 2005) |
| Current status | Ninth Incarnation |
That new drawing you did in class, be it art or math or science; the scribbles you did one bored Sunday afternoon; or the random comic that has nothing to do whatsoever with your actual comic. All this and more is what shows up in Doodles, a place to put your latest piece of art. Sometimes you'll get nothing but praise, other times people will feel inclined to share their wisdom with you.
Numerous incarnations have come and gone, some buried deep in the archives of the Off Topic Forums:

That thread was old, this thread is gold (5)
Do Not Reply
| Topic name | Do not Reply, DNR |
| Creator (date) | Minifoo (August 2002?) |
| Current status | Deceased |
Started as a prank thread, with a simple message noting not to reply. Fortunately, forumites are bad at following directions, and the thread eventually swelled up to over 28,000 replies (easily the most replied-to thread in the history of the forum). It grew so large that is caused the great forum crash of '03. It was deleted. RIP...
A few spinoffs and imitations came and went (i.e. "Anti-Do Not Reply", and various DNR sequels).
Fanart Joy
| Topic name | The Fanart Joy! thread |
| Creator (date) | MechaByrd (Fri Oct 24, 2003) |
| Current status | Tenth incarnation |
The Fanart Joy thread was started as a way to distribute fanart and forum art.
Some users went over the top, such as Mr.Bob, and created Diego Rivera-esque murals with dozens of forumites in this.
Genesiscards
| Topic name | Genesiscards, formerly Keencards |
| Creator (date) | JexKerome (Feb 2005) |
| Current status | Deceased |
Known as "Keencards" before the big name change, this thread served as the headquarters of a highly ambitious project. Namely, to make a set of 52 standard playing cards (plus two Jokers) featuring art by various Comic Genesis members. The endevour, unlike many others of its nature, was wildly successful. Each artist who signed up managed to finish and turn in their card face designs, and a few people even printed them out afterwards. The first such deck of Keencards was used in a high-stakes poker game at the 2005 St. Louis Cookout.
Though there was some minor interest shown in restarting the project and making a new set of ComicGen cards towards the end, it eventually died off, as did the thread itself.
The Naked Thread
| Topic name | The NAKED XXX Hardcore thread |
| Creator (date) | Toxic (Feb 2004) |
| Current status | Sixth incarnation |
The Naked Thread was founded as a thread to post NSFW images of nude drawings. It also featured nude pictorials of characters from Comic Genesis comics. Immensely popular, it received more page views than any other thread at that time.
The thread was briefly banned when Keenspace advertisers started becoming nitpicky about comic content, and the admins killed the thread. It would begin new life again the following year when a compromise was reached regarding the posting of NSFW content.
The Naked Artists thread
| Topic name | The NAKED Keenspace Artists thread |
| Creator (date) | Brockway (Oct 2004) |
| Current status | Inactive |
Originally started as a joke, the first post of the topic read, "You clicked on this? You should be ashamed of yourself!" However, soon artists began posting sexy and semi-nude pictures of themselves after War surprised many by posting nude modeling shots made for CJ Burgandy. Surprisingly, male forumites were the ones most comfortable with their nakedness.
- Users who went naked: War, Alaina, Toxic, Xmung, CJ Burgandy, Jim North
- Users who went sexy, but not naked: Psiogen, Mercury Hat
