Plot
AsterAzul and Isukiyomi operate a private investigator firm in the dark, seedy community known as Keenspace.
One day, Maria and Michelle request help in identifying the murderer of their beloved McDuffies. McDuffies was shot dead several weeks earlier, and the Keen police refused to look into the matter as McDuffies was the leader of the notoriously bad neighborhood of Off Topic Junk.
Aster and Isukiyomi then set out into Off Topic to investigate. The first person they encounter is a teen hooker, RA. RA dodges questions about the case, but admits she knows some details, and redirects the two to her pimp, Pimpette. The Kolters also pass by, but are equally evasive.
Isuki and Aster arrive at McDuffies' former hangout and are greeted by BrownEyedCat, who has also been hired by Maria and Michelle to investigate. The detectives gain entrance to McDuffies', a bar filled with dirty rotten scoundrel webcomic artists.
Locations
- General Discussion: The prime real estate in Keenspace, it is considered the high class district of the forums.
- Off Topic: The seedy neighborhood filled with hookers, hoodlums, and other scum of the earth. This forum was dominated by comic kingpin McDuffies before his untimely demise.
- Gear, also known as the industrial district.
