Bobby Crosby is the creator of the comic "Pupkin", and is the brother of Chris Crosby.

Crosby was one of the heads of Keenspot, but was reportedly bought out, reduced to a silent partner, or walled up alive in his estate due to various reasons including rude comments about other Keenspot artists and Keenspace.

From Bobby Crosby:

Image:Quoteletter1.png I was bought out. The reason I was bought out is because I chose to accept a sum of money for my share of Crosby Comics/Keenspot. The reason they wanted to buy me out is mostly because people got upset about how I said bad things about Scott Kurtz, not about other Keenspot artists or Keenspace, although I did say bad things about them, too -- mostly because they insanely defended Kurtz and badmouthed Keenspot in the process basically. Bobby is also an evil character in Chris Crosby's comic, Superosity.

Pupkin was removed from KeenSpot due to objectionable content. It is widely held that the objectionable content was just that it was a really bad comic. From Bobby Crosby:

Image:Quoteletter1.png What the hell are you talking about? Once again, "Pupkin" was NEVER on Keenspot in any form, and it certainly was never REMOVED from anywhere! I quit the strip twice, however. Stop lying about me, morons. Image:Quoteletter2.png

It was restarted as part of the KeenSpot newspaper comic page in 2005 for 50 strips, after which it was stopped again. Those pages and the previous pages are available at BobbyCrosby.com .
