What's this?
GTC = Gen Tan Committee - Joel Fagin, Cookie and Keffria are the official QCers for the Gen-Chans that show up on the Comic Genesis front page, and thus are the people everyone will be upset with when their designs are rejected. They also have control over approval/rejection/deletion of pogs.
They actually have control over anything submitted through the promodata, but they are entrusted to make good decisions.
