Outrage is an ongoing saying which took off unexpectedly when RYClaude produced the original image in response to something or other in either chat or the forums (A dollar for anyone who can post the first time it was used).

Outrage as an image has spawned many variants, including such landmarks as the "I AM ENGAGED" used by Birdie to announce his engagement.
